Ryan Tyler Click-32 years old, a devoted father of two, is currently serving a 40-year prison sentence in Indiana. Convicted to serve at least 34 years in a maximum security prison with no past record based on dubious allegations made by his ex-girlfriend’s  8-year-old daughter that said sexual acts happened 1 time at 4 years old, 1 time at 6 years old, 1 time at 7 years old and she thinks 1 or 2 other other times. (Mentioned only 3 places. 1 time each though)  In the discovery and at trial it was mentioned that Ryan wouldn’t watch the little girl much over the time of his ex and her daughter moving in and out of his house and apartment  (at the most it was stated he watched her 5 times in 5 years!) and the mother had to find a sitter for her bc he wouldn’t “help”. A medical examination was done at the hospital and came back fine.

Ryan’s relationship with the ex that he now has his 2 year old with was toxic on and off for 5 years. The allegations came up after he requested and paid for a DNA test on his son and said he was seeking to push visitation/joint custody. Ryan has consistently denied the allegations and has maintained his innocence from the beginning. He even told his lawyer he wouldn’t be open for a plea deal. Ryan trusted the system and left his life in the hands of jurors based off of what he thought would be fair for him with no evidence and inconsistencies. The mother admitted to the detective that the child did in fact walk in on sexual acts being done by her in the past and thought about hanging out with Ryan after her daughters allegations in a saved text but that wasn’t brought up in court!!  What also wasn’t brought up in court among many more issues that wasn’t allowed to be mentioned is that the little girl accused her Uncle before. (Her mom’s brother) That was mentioned to the detective. Why wasn’t that questioned? Why did it not get mentioned in court??  Also the forensic interviewer that asked the questions..answered the questions for the “victim” bc she couldn’t show how an  act was done. 

Ryan's trial was fraught with inconsistencies and concerns about fairness. Even the detective on the case signed an affidavit saying they had a video but fabricated it to be something it wasn’t..that charge was dropped the day of Ryans jury pick in court.
It is vital to cast a critical eye over the process that led to his conviction, not only to serve justice but also to advocate for due process and transparency in the legal system.

A person can only be convicted if the prosecution proves their guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. This is the highest legal standard of proof in the American justice system, requiring the evidence to be so convincing that no logical, sensible person would question the defendant's guilt. 

Ryan's life has been irrevocably altered. He lost his 14-year-old and 2-year-old children, a home he worked tirelessly to purchase, a job he dedicated a decade to, and most devastatingly, his freedom and support network. These sacrifices were made under the shadow of a trial that many believe lacked the necessary elements of fairness and impartiality. 

Ryans neighbors and even the mailman saw how toxic his ex was standing outside in the daylight banging on his windows WITH her daughter. His ex even broke a window in the middle of the night. The neighbor had the video from their house cam. Ryan’s brother even witnessed the ex coming there beating on the door so hard that the whole wall shook. She thought a “girl” was there bc his vehicle was out front. 

The trial's flaws, rooted in how evidence was presented and the questionable conduct by some involved in the proceedings, raise serious questions. His family, friends, and advocates are deeply troubled, pointing to a potential miscarriage of justice. In a case like Ryan’s, where the stakes are extraordinarily high, a diligent and unbiased examination of the evidence is essential.

We demand an independent review of Ryan's case to ensure the judicial process respected his rights and was free from outside influence or corruption. His charges and picture before conviction was blasted on social media. Every individual is entitled to a fair trial, and together we can stand up for Ryan’s right to due process.

This petition aims to gather enough support to press for a retrial and ensure that justice is served without prejudice. Sign and help us shine a light on this pressing issue, advocating for a more just legal system.

He did not retaliate when he was insulted, nor threaten revenge when he suffered. He left his case in the hands of God, who always judges fairly. 1 Peter 2:23 

How much more peace would we have if we didn’t retaliate when we’re insulted, didn’t try to get even, and weren’t frustrated when others stir up trouble? Instead of fighting, we walk away and leave the issue in God’s hands, knowing He is fighting for us. Why live all stressed out, with high blood pressure and not sleeping well because we’re trying to solve the case, prove the case, win the case? This can save you a lot of heartache. When you leave that case with God, He’ll make the wrongs right. He’s heard the negative comments, seen the betrayal, the offense, the jealousy. None of that can keep you from your destiny unless you let the offense get inside and poison your spirit. You don’t have to retaliate. God will vindicate you better than you can vindicate yourself. This takes all the pressure off. It’s very freeing when you understand that you don’t have to change people or convince them to be for you. Just keep taking the high road, honoring God, and He’ll get you to where you’re supposed to be.

Prayer For Today

“Father, thank You for the example that Jesus showed in His response to insults and false accusations. Thank You that I don’t have to waste my time and energies trying to prove who I am or change what others think of me. You are my vindicator, and I know You will make the wrongs right. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.” — feeling inspired.

This petition ALSO isn’t to discredit a child as some feel it is. Between the ages of 3 and 7, a child's brain goes through explosive, rapid growth, reaching roughly 90% of its adult size by age 6. This phase is characterized by concrete thinking, vast imagination, and a transition into logical reasoning. Trauma also has a lot to do with children trying to find an out. Because This relationship was toxic, there is a lot in play. 
I have had family get accused in the past and it was found to not be the truth in the end. 

Justice Begins with the Truth

In today’s world, too many people are judged by headlines before they are judged by facts. A single news story, a social media post, or a public accusation can shape opinions long before the full truth is ever heard. Justice should never be decided by public perception—it should be decided by evidence, fairness, and the rule of law.

 

Standing up for justice means believing that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and afforded the same legal protections, regardless of how the media portrays them. Our justice system is built on the principle that everyone is entitled to a fair trial and that guilt must be established through credible evidence presented in court—not through public opinion.

 

That is why I continue to advocate for Ryan Click. My advocacy is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves a full and fair review of their case. Regardless of where people stand on the outcome, it is essential that decisions are based on the facts, that all relevant evidence is carefully considered, and that the legal process is conducted fairly and transparently.

 

Seeking justice is not about ignoring victims or dismissing serious allegations. It is about ensuring that our legal system remains committed to truth, accountability, and fairness for everyone involved. When we allow assumptions or sensationalized narratives to replace careful examination of the facts, we risk undermining the very principles justice is meant to protect.

 

Real justice requires courage—the courage to ask difficult questions, to examine the evidence with an open mind, and to remember that every person deserves to have their case judged on its merits, not by public opinion.

 

I will continue to raise my voice for fairness, due process, and equal justice under the law. I believe Ryan Click deserves a fair opportunity to have his case heard and evaluated on the evidence. Justice should never depend on headlines or assumptions. It should always depend on the truth.

 

Justice begins when we stop judging people by the stories told about them and start demanding that every case be judged by the facts.
