We want to solve the AZ DCS Warrantless Removal Epidemic Against Kids. 

In fact, we already did.  All that needs to change is practice within the DCS (Formerly CPS).  The law is already very clear, you MUST obtain a warrant BEFORE seizing a child.  There are very limited exceptions to this law but DCS has made a practice of seizing over 1,000 kids in AZ monthly and according to official testimony from a supervisor within DCS on 1/19/16 the agency NEVER obtains a warrant to seize children.  

Over 20k kids have been taken from their family and are now trapped in this horrific broken system.  Experts agree, obtaining a court warrant will slow the rate of removals by 50% or more.  We demand that the unwarranted seizure epidemic in Arizona end.  We demand that AZ DCS be held accountable to state law and abide by the US Constitution.
