As a devoted Engene, I have watched Enhypen grow and thrive over the past six years. Like many others, I found inspiration and joy in their music, their performances, and their unwavering dedication to their craft. However, recently, disturbing trends have emerged that threaten the group’s future, seemingly pointing to a potential disbandment orchestrated by Hybe and Belift. We cannot stand idly by while our beloved idols are mistreated and disrespected by the companies they trust to guide and support them.

Enhypen, and particularly member Sunghoon, our 'Ice Prince', appear to be at risk under the current management. It feels as though steps are being taken to undermine and ultimately disband this talented group. We, the Engene community, cannot accept this. Enhypen has devoted years of hard work and passion into building their careers and connecting with us, their fans. Their talent cannot be stifled, nor should their voices be silenced by the very management that should be their strongest allies.

We witnessed how the management practices at Hybe and Belift affected past groups. Disbandment seems not only abrupt but is a disrespect to the loyalty and effort these artists and their supporters have invested. The situation demands immediate scrutiny and action, and we must make it clear to these companies that their perceived attempts at controlling, limiting, or disbanding our idols will not be tolerated by the fans who love and support them.

It is crucial that we unite to protect the dignity and future of Enhypen. We must ensure that Hybe and Belift value and respect their artists as they deserve, not just for who they are as performers, but for their long-term well-being and artistic freedom. Real change is possible when we stand together as one voice.

Don't worry I also care about the other idols there in Hybe and Belift, so let's warn them together to make sure that we keep this awesome hard work togther, and hopefully change their mind to move to a different company and this is not false information, a employee from Hybe has said they are trying to kick out members slowly disbanding our favorite groups so this has proven why this is not false information, sadly she has deleted the post and there is no longer evidence but I want to give credit to @Zuzia-f7g for sharing this on YouTube inspiring me to make a difference and I may be way to young for this but I know I have some help from some older engene's and I truly appreciate it and hope I get help I know I am only 12 but I think together we can do this
