The students of Professor Zdaniuk (HROB*2090-DE FALL 2020), recently had a Mid-Term exam with 70 multiple choice and 4 short answer (with 3-4 questions within each short answer), to be completed within 2 hours. 

The overall average of 600+ students was 50% (after major adjustments), which means the average was extremely below 50% prior to adjustments. 

Students are concerned about their grades as we received an announcement from the professor stating this was "the lowest average in over 10 years", when there is a pandemic going on, and all courses are online. 

Students have discussed and asked for:

- Weekly quizzes to be weighted more

- Lockdown Respondus Webcam requirement to be removed

The students are asking for the help of the Dean of Management, Lysa Porth, Department Head Davar Rezania, Dean Sara Mann, and the President of The University of Guelph, Dr. Charlotte Yates.
