Amir Marreakhy is a persecuted Kurdish activist and Iranian national. His brother and his wife helping him get out of the refugee camp known as 'The Jungle' in Calais. He is severly disabled and is being held in inadequate conditions in jersey prison. His brother and wife have 3 small children whom face up to 10 years imprisonment by the jersey authority for helping Amir.Amir needs to be moved to more suitable facilities, both for someone who is serverly disabled and for someone of his status as an asylum seeker. He must be allowed phone calls from his family and seek an adequate interpeter to explain the condistions of his current detention.finally he must be sent to the UK where he would receive the appropriate treatment benefiting of his situation as well a just hearing in court, something the jersey courts are largly unable to do.His borther and sister in law also deserve a fair trail, as they only wanted to help Amir to get to safety but now are facing a heavy sentece by Jersey authority.
