David Cameron the Prime Minister appointed Elizabeth Truss as the Secretary of State for Defra. Elizabeth Truss is also the MP of southwest norfolk.

Elizabeth Truss cannot serve as the Secretary of State of Defra as this position requires the upholding of the AWA 2006 act. There is a serious conflict of interest with Elizabeth Truss's capability of upholding the AWA 2006 act as in her position as local mp of southwest norfolk she voted for a lift in the hunting ban. The view point of Elizabeth Truss is a conflict of interest of the responsibility as Defra Secretary of State. The Defra Secretary of State must uphold the rights of animals as per the AWA 2006, there must be no conflict of interest, there must be no biasedness. It is clear if the Defra Secretary of State personally votes for a lift in a hunting ban then this individual cannot by the same token uphold the laws of the AWA r2006 act. Its a complete conflict of interest.

The AWA 2006 act clearly states animals should not suffer pain distress or mutiliation therefore she should not be in support of hunting as her personal view point and nor should she allow for snaring which is illegal in most countries. Also in accordance with this existing Awa 2006 act halal is illegal in the.

Furthermore she is not to grips with who the legal inspector is in accordance with the Awa 2006 act and that is one appointed from her department ie the local dog warden as animal theft by the RSPCA inspectors are occuring which is technically illegal. Remove Elizabeth Truss and get someone in the job who believes in the rights of all animals as earthlings and being capable of actually upholding the Awa 2006 act.
