Im a 36 year old mother and never had a conviction or committed a crime. As a child all I wanted was to be a mother. A few years ago I took a massive step to separate from my ex-husband who subjected both myself and my three children from years of domestic violence. He always threatened me, if I were to tell anyone about the abuse, I would never see my children again. I After one particular night he strangled me whilst having my 5 month old baby in my arms and I had enough and had no choice but to get away from him. After we separated my kids revealed that he sexually and physically abused them alot on visits to his house. Because I was'nt eligible to have legal aid at the time I had to defend myself in court. My ex-husband had the best solicitor in Wales he could find and despite the fact that he lost his job from the NHS and never to be allowed to work with vulnerable children and adults. "The secret family court" gave my ex-husband full custody and the Police never investigated the allegations from my children. My ex husband now has full custody of my babies and I only get to see them once a month for one hour under supervision. Please sign this petition so that I can see my babies again.
