In Tennessse in America anyone who abuses an animal is put on a public register available to all. If we get this in the UK it means animal charities, private breeders, etc can check who they're handing their animals over to. The world is also obsessed with "social status" so it may prevent them harming an animal for fear of being found out and publically being known for it. Please sign it.
