We the people of the democracy of the united kingdom, request and authorise you to start the necessary requirements to change the law so that all animals designated as domesticated in our nation that are injured or killed on the road networks of our sovereign land be reported/ taken to a place of safety or a veterinary practice.

Failure to adhere to said law(s) would mean sanctions in the form of fines, points on licence, removal of licence and/or imprisonment.
