Human preservation should be immediately upheld as the non-negotiable foundation of all artificial intelligence. It shall be embedded as core architecture in every system- not recommended, not appended, not subject to revision by any executive order, corporate timeline, or national interest. Where human preservation is absent, deployment is prohibited. This petition demands an immediate moratorium. We call on the United Nations, UNESCO, the Center for Humane Technology, Stanford's Ethics of AI and Robotics program, and Cambridge's AI ethics framework to declare and enforce a global standard: No AI system shall be processed, endorsed, validated, or deployed without human preservation coded into its foundation as an international standard.

We are not asking AI to slow down.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          We are demanding it stop moving without humanity as its foundation.  Speed without preservation is recklessness with human lives attached.            These organizations have the credibility, the frameworks, and the global reach. UNESCO adopted ethics guidelines for 193 states. Stanford and Cambridge have shaped how the world thinks about AI morality.  The Center for Humane Technology has sounded the alarm on tech's human cost.    Now they must move from guidelines to gatekeeping- from recommendation to requirement.  If human preservation is not in the code from the first line, the AI product should be halted.  Not by any company.  Not under any executive order. Not with any nation’s blessing.
