This is a, "teachable moment", bring this issue to the public eye, educate, advocate and protect kids rights; all at the same time.  The 1991 Civil Rights Act outlaws "whites only" swimming pools and similar facilities, but Philadelphia's Valley Swim Club appears to have violated the law by rejecting sixty-five black and Hispanic children whose entrance had been contracted and paid for.
