Just like many other people already victims of the cyber cheats impersonating Indian Army Personnel as Hawaldar Manjeet Singh and Major Sandeep Kumar Sharma, I have been duped of my money by these scamters.

Well, this petition is not about me losing my money, but if you do a simple Google search ''Manjeet Singh army Khadki Pune fraud"  it will show a multitude of results highlighting how these cheaters are on a run in Pune and Mumbai, possibly other cities too, duping people of their money since more than 2 years. And yet they have not yet been caught.

Aspiring people with small homemade food businesses are their easy targets on the pretext of placing a big order.

And above this, they impersonate Indian Army personnel. I am quite sure that most of the people scammed have only been duped because they introduce themselves as being Indian Army personnel.. and in the Indian Army we trust! As an Indian, it pricks me within (and should surely all the proud Indians too) someone defaming the Indian Army which represents those brave hearts who are ready to lay down their lives to protect us, so that we can earn and live a safe life.

Small and homemade bussiness are on a great rise in these Covid times. Such scammers are not only cheating them of their hard-earned money but also possibly killing the dreams and creating doubts in the dreams of those aspiring people looking to build or start a business in these testing Covid times.

It is a huge concern that these fraudsters are running this scam since years now, and they do this with the same identity and same context of being Indian Army personnel. The fact they carry out scams with the same patterns points to their confidence that they won't be caught. This is a serious worry, as they would already be preying on their next victim for money.

Justice prevails over the ill-minded for sure no matter what, this is a universal fact. But how soon or late, it's our choice! I and all those who have been cheated may or may not get my money back, that's not the question, but I consider it as my innate service and purpose in doing all that is possible by me to prevent aspiring people from being cheated of their money and also the Indian Army from being defamed. And I believe with your support, Together we can bring soon these fraudsters to justice if we project our voice to the authorities.

I write this petition making a humble call to the Cyber Cell, the Indian Army, and all those who have the power to bring about change in the society to consider this as a critical issue with urgent steps that will bring these fraudsters to justice, who are not only looting people of their hard-earned money but also trying to defame the Indian Army.
