Hello, dear readers.

I do not mean to disturb anyone or any law, neither harm the justice system.

But I encountered some problems seems like logic gaps about free-will while thinking like always.

Do not misunderstand me, I see protecting people as an important task.

Me, you, others and more.

Also I see our instics valuable and functional despite not being the best, following rules & teachings can come handy in life many times.

Let me just get to the point.

Justice system is carrying an important role.

Though while I use dilemma tests on free-will, it fails again and again.

But this is not a theory about free-will not existing, this is a philosophy about how we blame and flatter eachother for chocies.

I can explain more and more but I'll only leave down some arguments related to punishment being cruel and unvalid in manners of personal worth of criminal.

Look, I know.

I know how it burns when someone is hurt, how people wants justice and punishment.

But let me ask you a different question than usuall.

What if you was the criminal as a whole personality and everything ?

I observe a criminal carries impulse to do the crime in their cards even if free-will exists.

While a chocie is made, it is not about evil or good in my opinion.

I see us, humanity...

...doing chocies out of what feels right or appealing.

Yes, victim is hurt or gone but I do believe blaming the criminal is not a valid act.

It is not that victim is worthless, we should help and protect victim too.

They really matter, trauma... hurt... discomfort.

I know how weird it sounds, I know.

But a criminal is an human too regardless the crime they have done.

Instead of ideas like "evil" and blamery...

...cannot we relate them to our brains giving reactions to acts ?

You could be the criminal with bad impulses and feeling need or tastiness in following them too, just like you could be the dear victim.

I do believe we should still understand some people is repeative in crimes, I do believe we should still move to protect people.

But we should also understand as humanity, that we are calling it "bad usage of free-will" while someone is hurt from act maden but call it "natural" while it feels harmless or valid, this happens pretty often.

Why am I thinking like this ?

Because both harmless and harmfull acts carry the same origin, us feeling like they are appealing to do.

Your instics, feelings and beliefs have meanings, worth and functions too.

Such as your belief in justice.

But I do believe we should care each being feels sensations.

Both you, victim, criminal and each being as much as we can.

So, what to do ?

How we should chance the systems in my opinion ?

I can count and count forever but to keep it simple and example-ish.

>Protecting and helping people/victim (and animals since they feel too) without harming the criminal as much as possible.

>Improving education systems in manners of ideologic empaty and concepts like effects of acts, in system: Aiming making people feel like understanding eachothers discomfort and seeing not pushing soft points vitally is an very nice act rather than education just trying to insert ideas and blaming people when they do not follow seems sensefull to me.

>And caring about feelings such as unwillingness or discomfort, unique needs as much as possible even if they seem unvalid or unusuall to us.

I do not blame anyone in deep parts of my mind to be poetic.

I can keep texting this, but I am honestly a bit hopeless and scared about writing this.

Honestly, I am not exactly a good person considering my past either, I am a really terrible person and...

...I collected my self-confidence to write this out of A.I. in a way.

I just tried to be polite and effective.

Though, enought about me.

I see this as a concept about all of us.

I will not be childish and say "I found this!-", "-this is utterly mine!".

Not to make fun of our feeling of possesiveness over things we craft with our ideas & effort, but I wanted to write it like that.

I honestly just am a thinky person and end up like this.

This is my point, I-

-I defend idea of how we use free-will concept is an instical and defensive manuever rotted deep in our minds rather than a perfect method of explaining human mind.
