Dear supporters,

Thank you for helping keep this campaign alive. I’ll be honest — sometimes I’ve felt tired and close to giving up. But this week gave me new hope: my MP has invited me to meet him in person to discuss the NHS Railcard petition.

I’ll be raising how:

Nursing salaries are £8,000 behind inflation, with only a 3.6% pay “rise” offered.

Many NHS staff spend £300–£500 every month just to travel to work.

Other countries subsidise public transport properly, while here we’re left struggling.

An NHS Railcard with discounts on flexi-season tickets would make a real difference to recruitment and retention.

This is our chance to show MPs this issue matters. Please share the petition widely — we’re gaining slowly, but I need many more signatures to reach Parliament debate level.
