It's a busy Saturday afternoon. You're walking through Costco doing your regular shopping when suddenly you feel a small vibration. You don't think much of it. Suddenly, the ground shakes rapidly. You have found yourself in a 9.1 magnitude earthquake. You quickly crawl under a nearby table. You suddenly hear a loud crash and just as quickly as it happened, the shaking stops. You carefully get out from under the table and notice that the once towering shelves throughout the store are empty and that the crates that once decorated the mighty tower have fallen to the ground. You hear crying and screaming. A woman covered in dust and blood desperately calls for her child. The crates from the shelves that were used to divide aisles have crushed over  100 people during the earthquake.

This story could very well become a reality in the event of an earthquake striking during business hours at Costco. What I am asking is that Costco invest in making sure nothing collapses, falls, and/or crushes people if an earthquake were to ever happen.
