I am writing to express my profound dismay and disbelief at the egregious misconduct perpetrated by State, Federal, and Government agencies. As the agent appointed under Power of Attorney, appalled by the blatant disregard for the law and the breach of trust shown by these agencies. The principal, whom I stand for, has been grossly mistreated and denied their fundamental rights, despite being under the protection of court officials.

It is utterly unacceptable that an Ivy League institution, such as Cornell University, would engage in such reprehensible behavior. The fact that government agencies and officials have failed to uphold their duty to protect the principal is a clear sign of a systemic failure.

The principal has been seeking legal counsel, but their efforts have thwarted by the very officials who are supposed to uphold the law. This is a clear case of obstruction of justice, and it is imperative that immediate action taken to address this egregious situation.

As the agent, I have fought tirelessly to seek justice for the principal, despite not being a lawyer, judge, or legal expert. It is unconscionable that the principal's birth records are sealed, and they have been denied access to their own identity. The principal's cries for help have fallen on deaf ears, and it is imperative that their rights be recognizedand protected.

The fact that Cornell University, a private entity, has been involved in this case, and has allegedly conducted a background check on the principal without their knowledge or consent, is a clear violation of their rights. Furthermore, the principal, not provided with the necessary disclosures about their employment, and their rights as a former employee of Cornell University in violation not respected.

As a mandated reporter for New York State, I compelled to report the lying under oath, obstruction, breach of trust, and breach of oath that have occurred in this case. The sheer volume of evidence that I have compiled is a testament to the gross negligence and malfeasance that has occurred.

I have lost all faith in the court system, and it is imperative that immediate action taken to address this situation. I ask that this matter quickly reviewed, and that the principal's rights get universal recognition and protected. It is imperative that the perpetrators of these crimes be held accountable, and that justice be served.

I pray that this situation is at once rectified, and that the principal will finally receive the justice and the overly excessive compensation they deserve. I will continue to fight for the principal's rights, and I will not rest until justice rings the bell.

I intend to  and I will also seek aid in uncovering the truth surrounding the principal's identity, and the circumstances surrounding their adoption, and any criminal activity that may arise.

The New York State Unified Court System has failed the principal, and it is imperative that immediate action taken to address this situation. I will continue to advocate for the principal's rights, and I will not rest until justice has finally served the principal.
