A law to define the exact limits of Congress (both houses) to discourage any further abuse by elected officials this requires defined limits. Congress is to be elected by the American citizens to be public servants, no more and no less.  This is not a life-time career and should carry no unique or select benefits.  Following the intention of our founding father these terms must now be limited by law.  The letter below describes how we the people can come together to defend our country from the excessive abuses by lobbies, American and foreign corporate ownership of our Congress and our way of life.
