As you may know, with corporations now wielding massive power over national legislation, and able to use harsh methods of harassment and intimidation against workers when unionization is sought, it is critical that workers be freely allowed to unionize if they wish. This can only occur if the Employee Free Choice Act, S 560 and HR 1409, becomes law.  The revival of the economy and the rebuilding of the middle class is dependent on the empowerment of workers.
