There are some questions that you and your East Orange County neighbors might wish to ask Tyler C. Brackney of Dunhill Properties (407-701-6946 and 407-992-4000; 48841 State Road 19, Altoona; and 520 N. Semoran Boulevard Suite 222, Orlando). Brackney was the owner of Write the Check, a dubious accounting and property management firm that abruptly closed.
Brackney has granted a new lease for a registered pedophile-owned porn studio, Chasyn Rance’s Team Vision Dojo. It is located on the far-left backside of the building at East Avalon Business Center, 18735 E Colonial Dr #228, Orlando. There are at least 12 convicted sex offenders and traffickers associated with the new tenant.

Brackney knowingly chooses to do business and socialize with convicted pedophiles and sex traffickers at Team Vision Dojo. Their “wrestling shows” feature registered sex offenders, rape-porn actors, animal abusers, and domestic batterers. They have been evicted by several Orange County landlords in the past five years – most recently from Kevin John Buxton’s Southpaw Capital Group industrial park, located at 6956 Edgewater Drive.

Team Vision’s facility, porn shoots featuring minors, illegal drug activities, and crowded live shows are fire hazards that jeopardize the safety of neighboring businesses and residences. Among Brackney’s convicted sex offender contacts from Team Vision Dojo are Scott Brian Mathewson, Eric Warren Hinkes, and Michael Tyler. He has not advised the other East Avalon tenants or neighbors of the sex offenders and rape-porn shoots at the latest Dojo location.
Brackney was aware of the convicted pedophiles at Team Vision before he chose to further engage. Concerned community volunteers have spent the past several years attempting to alleviate the damage caused by this rape-porn studio. The incoming stream of selfish enablers is adding to the volunteers’ unpaid workload. There is also a Canadian human-organ trafficker associated with this business: Edward Annis (“Teddy Hart”).

Team Vision Dojo is an unlicensed Orlando choke-fetish and anti-military video studio that is owned and operated by convicted pedophiles, including ring announcer Christy Martin’s close friend and business associate Rance. Upcoming shows may feature Isabella Nieves ("Bella Snow"), who has trained with Rance since she was 11. She is allegedly a longtime performer in his illegal videos.
Bella’s mother, Osceola County children’s cheerleading instructor Yolifer Casiano (a.k.a. Yoli Nieves) has been enabling Rance and other sex offenders for eight years. She and her daughter were warned about Rance by several people. Documentation has been retained in case they falsely claim later they "didn't know." Yolifer has been convicted of grand theft and elder fraud. Her Department of Corrections number is X75041. She stole $100,000 from an elderly woman for cosmetic surgery. At events at public schools and public parks, Casiano sneakily books Team Vision Dojo events under her own name to hide the presence of sex offenders from venue managers.
Rance was investigated and arrested by Florida Department of Law Enforcement in 2025 for his long-term deliberate noncompliance of the terms of the sex offender registry. Orange County Sheriff’s Office had been informed for years but was not addressing the matter. Among his crimes was not listing all of his cars and cargo trucks with the registry. He is on low-supervised probation for another six months, ending this October 2026. Until then, he’s not allowed to leave Orange County to work at shows with minors.

Team Vision is a pornography studio whose spinoff promotion is Atomic Revolutionary Wrestling, which is now known as Atomic Legacy Wrestling. ALW apparently shares an LLC with reputed sex trafficker Vicky Gallas, who's the mother of Atomic co-founder Alejandro Roberto Orta ("Alex Red"). Orta has been accused of harassment of adult video actresses and escorts. Atomic Legacy Wrestling has close ties with Team Vision Dojo. Shows sometimes feature Lawrence Whistler (“Larry Zbyszko“). Alejandro Orta knows Whistler is a business partner and longtime housemate of Rance.

Atomic is a criminal operation that has been removed from multiple venues and festivals that previously hosted them due to repeated issues with sexual battery, drug trafficking, theft, and vandalism. An adult man who follows Izzy and other underage girls at the ALW matches, Daniel Mercado, was allegedly let go from his job at a video game business following accusations involving 13-year-old girls. Mercado may be observing a prepubescent girl named Vanessa Martin when she wanders unsupervised at shows. Adult brothers Ryan and Jeremy Hadley may also have sexual intentions for her. Many ALW associates engage in insurance fraud. Among those who have filed erroneous lawsuits in the courts are Orta, (faked an injury at a Sanford nightclub), wrestling journalist Dave Meltzer's pedophile friend Chasyn Rance (a.k.a. Atomic Legacy Wrestling shows feature chloroform-porn performers, convicted pedophiles, sex traffickers, anti-military video producers, stalkers and domestic abusers from unlicensed rape-porn studios. Convicted serial pedophile Russell Steven Rowe ("Russell Payne," "Siniestro") and his other convicted pedophile friends who make rape-porn at Team Vision Dojo also engage in wide-scale insurance fraud throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico. Orta is aware that his friend and ALW video director, Eric Warren Hinkes of EWH Productions, is a convicted producer of graphic child sexual abuse materials who also traveled to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex.
Rowe and his Team Vision Dojo business partner Alejandro Orta (“Alex Red”) allegedly bought the wrestling ring for their “Atomic Wrestling Entertainment” promotion with the money from Rowe’s fraudulent insurance claim. Orta’s since changed the name to Atomic Revolutionary Wrestling, then to Atomic Legacy Wrestling, and laundered the ring through domestic abuser Benjamin Deuyour ("Lunatic Lee").
These public all-ages wrestling shows are often used to advertise Team Vision's classes for children, which are taught by multiple convicted pedophiles. They recruit for the rape-porn and anti-military videos from their student bodies. They also sneak fliers into the boxes of children's toys at Walmart and Target in East Orlando without permission. Matt Cardona, who is often the card, is the husband of Chelsea Green, a crush-porn actress. Both are longtime defenders of Chasyn Rance and performers for Billy Corgan's NWA and his former TNA/Impact Wrestling. They also perform for WWE.
Orta becomes angry when anyone mentions his connections to Rowe and convicted pedophile Chasyn Rance. Orta and Dugan offered to lie about Rowe’s whereabouts in a 2017 sexual assault and stalking case. Rowe has an appeal hearing set.
Ignite Wrestling promoter Kim Artlip spoke with an investigator who visited her home regarding Rowe’s alleged Worker’s Comp fraud when he was already incarcerated on the rape and extortion charge. The fraudulent money was used to fund Atomic’s start-up costs. In retaliation, Orta allegedly poisoned her service dog, Kodi, in Artlip’s backyard. Despite her success as a promoter, Artlip has since left the industry.

All of these sexual batterers also have non-sexual felonies such as animal abuse, assault with a firearm, grand theft, vehicular hit-and-runs causing death or severe injury, drug and wildlife trafficking, and burglary. Sometimes, their names and faces are left off the ads for wrestling shows, but then they perform without advance warning to the audience. These unannounced additions have made some paying customers angry and caused embarrassment for the unsuspecting venues and sponsors. A Team Vision wrestler who admitted to strangling his pregnant stepmother to death in public, Ian Anselmo ("Night Chill"), is attempting to plead insanity to the Lake County court. He's appeared at the children's expo.
Team Vision wrestler Brian McGhee ("DT Porter") stabbed his girlfriend to death in front of witnesses in a Florida parking lot. McGhee is appealing his sentencing.
Snake Pit USA gym owner Joel Michael Bane, a partner of Team Vision Dojo, was arrested at the New Orleans airport after threatening Southwest Airlines crew during a flight. He threatened to place another passenger “in a body bag,” then struck two police officers in the face when they boarded the plane to detain him.

Edward Annis’ Orlando housemate and business partner Kenneth Russell Lester III ("Gorilla Blanco") has convictions and open charges in Arizona and multiple Florida counties for domestic violence, disobeying court protection injunctions, firearms, and narcotics. Lester is also an ALW wrestler. He allegedly conducts a fraudulent pyramid business from his Orlando home. He has allegedly bullied volunteers in a missing woman's case into silence, and later provided misleading information.
Allegedly, “Ken-I mo-Lester” is fraudulently suing the City of Orlando taxpayers and Liberty Mutual Insurance for a knee injury from accidents he staged. The injury preexisted from wrestling and his violent lifestyle.
Both ALW and CCW are also closely tied to Major League Wrestling. Brackney was the owner of Write the Check, a dubious accounting and property management firm that abruptly closed.
Brackney has granted a new lease for a registered pedophile-owned porn studio, Chasyn Rance’s Team Vision Dojo. Bella’s mother, Osceola County children’s cheerleading instructor Yolifer Casiano (a.k.a. Yoli Nieves) has been enabling Rance and other sex offenders for eight years. She and her daughter were warned about Rance by several people. Documentation has been retained in case they falsely claim later they "didn't know." Yolifer has been convicted of grand theft and elder fraud. Her Department of Corrections number is X75041. She stole $100,000 from an elderly woman for cosmetic surgery. At events at public schools and public parks, Casiano sneakily books Team Vision Dojo events under her own name to hide the presence of sex offenders from venue managers.
Rance was investigated and arrested by Florida Department of Law Enforcement in 2025 for his long-term deliberate noncompliance of the terms of the sex offender registry. Orange County Sheriff’s Office had been informed for years but was not addressing the matter. Among his crimes was not listing all of his cars and cargo trucks with the registry. He is on low-supervised probation for another six months, ending this October 2026. Until then, he’s not allowed to leave Orange County to work at shows with minors.

All of these sexual batterers also have non-sexual felonies such as animal abuse, assault with a firearm, grand theft, vehicular hit-and-runs causing death or severe injury, drug and wildlife trafficking, and burglary. Sometimes, their names and faces are left off the ads for wrestling shows, but then they perform without advance warning to the audience. These unannounced additions have made some paying customers angry and caused embarrassment for the unsuspecting venues and sponsors. Team Vision wrestler Brian McGhee ("DT Porter") stabbed his girlfriend to death in front of witnesses in a Florida parking lot. McGhee is appealing his sentencing.
Snake Pit USA gym owner Joel Michael Bane, a partner of Team Vision Dojo, was arrested at the New Orleans airport after threatening Southwest Airlines crew during a flight. He threatened to place another passenger “in a body bag,” then struck two police officers in the face when they boarded the plane to detain him.

Edward Annis’ Orlando housemate and business partner Kenneth Russell Lester III ("Gorilla Blanco") has convictions and open charges in Arizona and multiple Florida counties for domestic violence, disobeying court protection injunctions, firearms, and narcotics. Lester is also an ALW wrestler. He allegedly conducts a fraudulent pyramid business from his Orlando home. He has allegedly bullied volunteers in a missing woman's case into silence, and later provided misleading information.
Allegedly, “Ken-I mo-Lester” is fraudulently suing the City of Orlando taxpayers and Liberty Mutual Insurance for a knee injury from accidents he staged. The injury preexisted from wrestling and his violent lifestyle.
Both ALW and CCW are also closely tied to Major League Wrestling. MLW executives, including Charles Ashenoff ("Konnan") and Jared David St. Laurent ("MSL"), are business associates and friends with Rance. Rance's white ring truck is still damaged from the hit-and-run accident he caused near the Gilt nightclub after a 2017 MLW match. Rance hit someone's car, and then county property. He drove away and didn't report it, like he also tried to do elsewhere in 2019. The Orange County casework for the 2019 crash is filed under his alternate first name “S Chasyn” (S Chasyn John Rance).
Chasyn Rance and his school appear in multiple episodes in his friend Damian Abraham's documentary series on the Vice network, The Wrestlers. The scenes in the eighth episode from Florida's Gilt nightclub were recorded at a match produced by MLW. The ring, crew, and some in-ring talents were rented from Chasyn Rance and Team Vision Dojo. The United States Championship Wrestling promotion, which is co-owned by convicted pedophile Chasyn Rance lures children to events with fraudulently attained toys. There is a petition asking Florida venue owners, schools and sponsors to voluntarily disclose when they knowingly host all-ages Florida wrestling shows where convicted child rapists will be working. To date, it appears that no Florida wrestling school or promotion owner is willing to sign it.
