Jo Jorgensen is the Libertarian Party nominee for President of the United States and she is officially on the ballot in all 50 states. Her hard work and success in gaining ballot access is an indication that people want to hear from her and her plan for America. The Libertarian Party nearly reached 5% in the 2016 Presidential election, a requirement to be eligible for federal election funds.

Ballot access, debate access and media attention have been severely handicapped by policies and procedures implemented by the two major parties, who don't want the people to hear from or consider the option of third party candidates. This is further impeded by an agreement between major media organizations and party leaders to eliminate third parties from the polls they require to be included in the debates. 

The people call on the Federal Election Commission to either implement a requirement that the Libertarian nominee be included in all polls or that Jo Jorgensen be automatically invited to the next Presidential debate. Continued exclusion of a viable third party candidate is a direct attack on our Constitutional freedoms and an act of election interference. Political parties are not a function of our government and should play no role in determining election outcomes.
