Comcast recently removed Turner Classic Movies from its basic subscription package. If customers want to watch the channel’s variety of classic films, they’ll need to ante up an additional $9.99 per month and purchase a “Sports Entertainment Package”, that includes a lineup of programming The Sports Entertainment Package has that does not cater to classic movie buffs.

Xfinity customers were informed of the change on their monthly billing a month beforehand. But many of the platform’s users feel this is a breech of contract. That’s they signed up for a basic package with the promise of being able to watch TCM. And now that promise has been broken.

This petition is for the regular loyal viewers of Turner Classic Movies to demand Comcast Xfinity return their beloved channel to the package we signed up for, before we switch platforms and file a class action lawsuit to be compensated for the lengths of contract that have been broken by removing the programming from the package with originally signed up for.
