Hey Laurel Springs, Are you guys tired of paying for a service that you are not receiving? Well you are not alone. Our small community has been paying for Comcast individually for years. As of recently our service has been altered. It has been lacking the speeds we should be receiving. I have called numerous times and a tech comes out does the same thing. Claims via there Iphone the speeds are there (I don't know if there Iphones have been tampered with to show high speeds). Following there departure my speed is then again TERRIBLE. But this is getting ridiculous. I know I am not the only one. I have seen Comcast vehicles outside of your homes numerous times. My speed is so low It is affecting my work.
I would like this to be firstly resolved with bill credits for everyone. Then the next step would be to fix our services. I know I am not the only one who has had trouble using wifi on my laptop/desktop/smartphone/tv/ and or any other device. So please sign this petition along with your family members who reside in your household so we can see some action. I did not want to create this petition but I have no choice.
