Over the years this establishment has proven to not be safe to the partygoers of Northampton. Every time this place is open people are spiked (for some people this will be their first clubbing experience as a lot of 18 year olds go here to celebrate their birthday), security fail to do their jobs correctly as they see people in bad states and chuck them out onto the streets separating them from their friends or with no taxi called to make sure they get home safe - in one case this resulted in a girl being murdered as security failed her they wouldn’t let her back into the club to find her friends and instead let her get into a cab with a random man, NBs should’ve been closed at the point to give India justice for what happened to her after being let down by this establishment. I personally am making this petition as back in July 2022 I was brutally attacked by a man in NBs being left with a broken nose, a permanent scar and mental trauma, during the time I was getting attacked no security were around in the bar to help instead they were all in the garden I was failed by them in an establishment I thought I was safe in, my friends had to intervene and get the man off me and detain him till security finally kicked him out and made him wait for the police to take him to custody. My attacker got community service whilst I live a life sentence of the trauma he caused me, I can’t even walk down bridge street without feeling uneasy. I even got sexually assaulted in NBs back in 2021 reported it to the police and security nothing came from it, this happens to girls every weekend. Most people from Northampton have a bad story about NBs or know someone who’s been through something traumatic here. THIS CLUB SHOULD BE CLOSED.
