In case you don’t know or haven’t heard...Frustrated Bingo Story players have been taking action since December 1st! Many dedicated players from the Bingo Story community joined together to BOYCOTT Clipwire Games and Bingo Story by making NO PURCHASES and NO VIDEO CLICK ADS!!

We plan to continue through the end of February or until we see some changes in their practices of general problems we have had such as game glitches and crashes, slowness, lagging, no global or club chats, inaccuracy, no powerups...Our list of problems is immense!

There has been many changes over the past years, mostly promoted as new improved updates but sadly, have been downgrades to those who actually play. Rewards have been constantly decreased, in some cases as much as half like the puzzles. Facebook friends daily gifting has been another change which Clipwire Games shifted responsibility to Facebook themselves. No surprise since game issues like slowness and lagging has been blamed on our devices or internet connections. Although it seems more likely their servers need to be upgraded to handle the increased traffic of growing players. 

By far, the worst change has been the continued decline in customer service. It takes FOREVER to receive a response from support, if you even get a reply other than the automated message to acknowledge they received it. They rarely replace missing items such as lost goldballs, power ups, mini games, tourney points or even purchases! When did it become acceptable for an online company or any company for that matter to blatantly ignore their customers? Thankfully, the App stores such as Google Play have stepped up to address issues with missing purchases and refunds for some players, but what about the rest?

Clipwire Games need for greed has been ruining a once enjoyable game. They’ve made it so whoever purchases the MOST, can WIN without even playing BINGO! Players come and go, but many of us come and stay to become dedicated daily players who contribute to the financial success of their company. We are asking for your support to show Bingo Story and Clipwire Games it’s time to make a CHANGE!
