For almost 50 years, the Coolangatta Football Club has utilised the existing change rooms at Len Peak Oval. Generations of players have used those rooms, premierships have been won and lost, friendships built and a community has grown.

The City of the Gold Coast have made it a condition in the DA of the new facilities that the old changerooms be demolished to "lessen the building footprint" on the Oval. 

Members and supporters are rallying to keep the old changerooms so as we have some shade for our players.

We want to keep the existing rooms as a multi purpose room (for when it rains, teaching and training & other uses)
