There is roughly 211,000 City Carriers nationwide. All of them, including myself have been in the dark with NALC vs USPS negotiations! We demand change. The contract ended 8 months ago and we have been told NOTHING. All while we watch Teamsters get a new contract with UPS while PUBLICLY expressing demands! 

Also, myself and thousands of other city carriers DEMAND back pay on this and any other future contract negotiations. We deserve and have worked for any retro pay we receive.

Finally, we are well aware we can’t strike. However, if we do not receive more transparency and back pay, me and thousands of other will vote the contract NO. Also, if it goes to arbitration and we do not get to vote on a contract that we don’t agree on, you can bet thousands of city carriers like myself will be leaving the NALC asap!
