17 years service here with 8 years as TE/CCA! NALC has gone down hill! NALC doesn’t support what the carriers actually want and need. They only care about quotas and numbers and pleasing management. If they actually cared they would have gotten us hazard pay when it’s over 100 degrees + outside or when it below 20 degrees or when it’s a world pandemic!! How about all career workforce; our time should count towards retirement! Just sad; president fight like hell what a joke!! I say fight like hell to kick him out!! Lets show how you really fight like hell!! We need someone that actually listens and acts in our best interests!!

In over 30 years of paying dues, I have seen the decline in quality and standard of this service, and union representation, especially considering the awful CCA program, and elimination of the civil service exam. But this corrupt president is above and beyond all other destruction of the quality and standards of this job, he is so disgustingly obviously in bed with management, surrounded by lackeys getting their pound of flesh in kick backs and sweetheart deals given for undying loyalty to this USPS puppet. The memos signed off by Renfroe, validating punishment for lack of compliance with non-contractual, unilaterally made rules such as 1 hour office time, for example, shows how this corrupt fool has wrecked many carriers lives and careers. Workplace violence, such as intimidation and bullying has drastically increased, and will exacerbate thanks to making working carriers over 12/60 per week alone. The pay cut of this contract, especially when worsened by fehb reduction of coverage through pehb is creating a job not worth considering as a career, creates lower quality employees with no loyalty to the job, and the number is increasing. For those stuck in this low pay high demand job, exhaustion, family struggle, kids never seeing mommy or daddy because over 60 hours is the only way to get bills paid earns Renfroe many coals to feed the flames of the time in hell he deserves for his greed and corruption. Renfroe is best understood when thinking of the upright pigs making deals with humans while drinking brandy and smoking cigars in the book Animal Farm. Oink oink

Our President failed us by willfully IGNORING a NO vote of our tentative agreement by a large margin of 72% of the membership,he has failed us even in negotiating an on time contract to his own because of his personal demons. We deserve better wages, benefits, workroom floor rules, and healthy and safe workplace not a toxic, abusive filthy place to work. We need leadership that will stand up for our rights as essential workers and a leader who is transparent and doesn’t deceive, lie, and treat us as if we should deserve scraps off the roads we deliver on. We need a living wage to stop the homelessness amongst our membership and the right to strike. Our leadership works for us we pay you not the management.
