I have been job searching for over a year only to be denied, ghosted, or even interviewed while no intention to hire was had. I am running out of money and will soon default on loans, won't be able to afford food, etc. I am tired, stressed, afraid, etc. I need meds, mental healthcare, and so much more and cannot afford any of it due to ghost jobs. I have 12 years of experience in the field I am looking for, and will not believe that I do not qualify for entry level positions. Change needs to happen.
I am voicing my concern about the rate hikes from Duke Energy. I am elderly & on a fixed income, and the recent utility hikes are squeezing my budget to a breaking point. Please do not allow AI centers to function off of the citizens backs and pocketbooks.
As a retired couple, we are working to reduce our expenses, not increase them. Essential living costs, such as electricity, should not rise simply because of a business decision to expand or improve capabilities. These types of costs should not be passed on to customers, particularly those living on fixed or limited incomes. We respectfully ask that you consider adjusting the rates so they are fair and not punitive to customers.
As someone currently fostering a pure breed puppy for my local shelter that was about to be euthanized because his original owner did him wrong, I can attest that we absolutely do not need another irresponsible breeder and anyone who breeds multiple breeds and sells them in a pet store is the definition of an irresponsible breeder!
