Hello all,
PGSP Neighbors United understands this message is being sent while ongoing events around the world continue to affect us all. Despite the resulting changes to our daily lives, the volunteer board at PGSP Neighbors United will work to continue to update our friends and neighbors on our local issue at hand, FLUM-58, to not lose sight of it's potential impact to the future of our neighborhood.
FLUM-58, if approved, would allow up to 94 units, with buildings up to 72 feet tall (twice the maximum allowance). This amounts to roughly 21 units per acre, (up from the 7.5 unit per acre it should be).
Many of you received our update from yesterday, and it came to our attention that some of the links provided were broken. Please see below for the corrected links on how to support PGSP Neighbors United.in preparation for the April 16th hearing.
