Hello all,

FLUM-58, if approved, would allow up to 94 units, with buildings up to 72 feet tall (twice the maximum allowance).  This amounts to roughly 21 units per acre, (up from the 7.5 unit per acre it should be).

1) PGSP Neighbors United Inc has become an official entity to defend the character of our quaint single family neighborhood and is actively registered as the opponent against the FLUM-58 application.

2) We are set up to take donations through paypal.  These donations will go towards legal, and public outreach tools being used and are required for a successful defeat.  Without disclosing our goal, PGSP hopes that you will donate $100, $500, or even $1,000 towards these efforts.

Consider your donation an investment in the future value of your homes and the character of your neighborhood, as this development will set precedence for high density developments in single family neighborhoods throughout Saint Petersburg.

3)  Let us know if you can attend and if you are interested in carpooling.  If we get enough people, we will reserve a bus or buses.
