To everyone who has signed our petition, thank you for your support to date! PGSP is continuing to fight to preserve the character of quaint St Petersburg neighborhoods.
04/01/2021 DEO CASE 21-012
The DEO determined that the Maximum Allowable Density of 30 units per acre (compared to the 7.5/acre neighborhood) and 400% increase in population density is compatible with the surrounding area.
The neighbors of Pasadena Bear Creek may be the first of single family neighborhoods to be impacted by Current Administration push to increase density, but we certainly will not be the last.
Please help us stop this by signing the petition and joining the Forward Pinellas Virtual Hearing to oppose this project (see below links for more information).
May 12, 2021, Forward Pinellas Board Meeting. The Board Meeting is scheduled to begin at 1:00 PM. Meeting information will be posted online as it becomes available:

The county case file number is CW 20-16; this is distinct from City File No. FLUM-58.
Thank you!
