Chinhoyi University of Technology administration officially announced that Graduation fees is USD $20 + USD $40 for the gown making it a total of USD $60
The University of Zimbabwe is charging 1000RTGS for the whole process.

1)For a normal semester, CUT charges RTGS $5850 per student and how can one day cost almost the same as the full semester?
2) Our parents' incomes haven't increased, most of them still earn around USD$20 - USD$30 per month.
3) Up to now there has been no official communication from the institution on the said modalities of how the graduation will be conducted. Why?

4) We CANNOT pay our hard earned foreign currency for an online ceremony. We are not in a rush, you can give us our academic transcripts and postpone the ceremony.

We , the undersigned, call on the Chinhoyi University of Technology Administration to reduce Graduation fees by 50% and the modalities of how the graduation will be held to be announced before the 25th of September 2020.
