Disregarding the Indian Judiciary and Laws, this Dogs are being illegally transported for Human Consumption.

They were seen in Nagaland.

Information is such that they are being transported across the state borders of West Bengal and assam.

This is really horrible seflish behaviour and needs to be acted upon, we need to inform  and make chief secretary of Nagaland, Temjen Toy aware about this.
