Hayley Richards CE refuses to respond - ignoring evidence of staff collusion

A letter from CE Hayley Richards, refusing a meeting - reiterating a 2 year old 'response' from former deputy CE Andrew Dean, who likewise failed to act. She says she will not hear ANY mediator - how professional, from a CE who is a Psychiatrist. ALL 'individual complaints' must be sent to the Chair - i.e. no complaints will be heard by the Board and the Chair 'deals with' complaints in private. His response to mine is Hayley Richards letter, as above... Good news - despite the huge time gap, London Appeals are about to offer me an Appeal hearing, if the Registrar gives final approval. I'll get a pro bono Barrister for a week to help prepare. AWP legal team have been BANNED from attending!! It might prove too late for me, but I've sent Appeals Court my proposals for FAIR DEALING.
