No justice - but success in campaigning

AWP refused mediation over FOUR Chief Executives, demonstrating a blindness beyond belief for a public mental health institution. I determined over the last 15 years that my campaign would achieve at least some success - and it has:

1. in 2017 BANES Health Commissioners promised to write check-backs in HR  systems, to prevent bully managers evading investigation.

2. in 2018 another victim came forward but was ignored by AWP. I included this in my report to HPC [Health Professionals Council], as below:

3. In May 2020, HPC are investigating 3 senior staff of AWP, after I provided evidence of bullying, collusion, hiding and tampering with documents and providing false evidence to investigatory bodies.

4. AWP threatened me with legal action & 'punitive legal costs', if I did not take down my website. I declined. I refuse to be bullied by this toxic organisation.

3. In January 2020, I provided the Senior President of Tribunals office with a 162 page Report + 193 evidence documents, proving bullying and a coverup within AWP; of seniors colluded in preventing investigation of managers involved; this failure resulting in bullying by the same manager in 2018 (two years after I walked out); and of gamesmanship by legal thugs, Beven Brittan of Bristol.

If I receive no response to 2. or 3. I will publish the reports + evidence on my website. If anyone knows a human rights lawyer who will help pro bono, that would be useful - however, I will continue on this trail until they screw down my coffin lid. They shall not pass!
