During the coming weeks of this election we believe that Field Technicians should be working early shifts because of possible dangers over  the election outcome and public outrage. This applies to Internet Providers (ISP), Cable Provider and Home Phone Providers such as; Charter Spectrum,Comcast and AT&T. It is in the best interest of the company to protect their employees and it is for the safety of the the employees to work early shifts(Recommended before 6pm Ex:8am-5pm). This mostly is based out of California but would hope it could spread nationwide. We see businesses being boarded up to protect their businesses, but these technicians can’t board themselves up when they go into a home. We do not want to hear or see anyone getting hurt or harassed especially an essential worker doing his job and wanting to go home safe and sound to their family. [We also believe that if this petition gets enough signatures and companies do not do anything or ignore it then that should tell you a lot about the company and if they do not attempt to help their employees then how do you expect them to give you proper service.]
