Subject: My boys need their mother and father and acs does nothing but block the way for families like us to make it in this world.

This all started 3 months after I gave birth to my premature baby boy on 1/10/2018. I was hospitalized for over two weeks before i gave birth to him. When it was time for him to come home the hospital wanted to send him home with an oxygen tank. Which presented a big problem which I let them know from the very beginning even before he was born. I live in a shelter with my 4 year old son my husband and myself, in a room smaller than a studio with no kitchen just a refrigerator and microwave. Accompanied by cigarette smoke and marijuana coming through our vents constantly. So 3 months after he was born goes by with none of my issues addressed then all of a sudden I get a knock on my door at 8pm on a Friday night from acs. Accusing me that my son was born with multiple drugs in his system. Now remember I was hospitalized for over two weeks before i gave birth, so why wasn't acs called right away. They took my older son on April 20th and my 8 month old is still in the hospital following a gastrointestinal surgery. I haven't been able to see him once since right before the surgery because my ACS worker never answers or returns our calls. Now my other son was placed in foster care under Catholic Charities. I get to see him once a week for two hours. All he keeps saying is how much he wants to come home. There are more accusations from ACS that are false and have proof from my social workers I've been working with for years who can back up this situation. Please the unfairness of this case is unbelievable I can't even wrap my mind around it. My lawyer offers no help either, so I don't know where to go or who to turn to to get my babies back. Family means the world to me and my children are suffering. Again I plead for your help and would deeply appreciate anything you can do.
