CHARGE SOHAIL SINDHO FOR THE VICIOUS ASSAULT ON A FEMALE OF INDIGENOUS AFRIKAN ANCESTRY

CHARGE SOHAIL SINDHO FOR THE VICIOUS ASSAULT ON A FEMALE OF INDIGENOUS AFRIKAN ANCESTRY

The Issue

Following the successful ongoing protest out side Peckham Hair and Cosmetic’s ( London ) where the owner Sohail Sindho viciously attacked a young lady of Indigenous Afrikan Ancestry, the campaigner’s are now asking that Sohail Sindho is charged with the recognised criminal offence of non fatal strangulation relating to Section 39 of The Criminal Act 1988 and Section 3 of The Criminal Law Act 1967.

A detailed analysis of the assault can be viewed by clicking on the link.

Too many female’s of indigenous Afrikan Ancestry have been abused physically; sexually; racially and psychologically, and it’s time that these attack’s are reduced addressed and stopped, including where other form’s of abuse are concerned.

Prominent figure’s such as Baroness Doreen Lawrence; Journalist Kathleen McElroy; U S Representative Alexandria Ocasio – Cortez; Former Minister of Justice ( France ) Christiane Taubira; Meghan Duchess of Sussex; and the young Gymnast in Dublin ( Eire ) who was ignored at a Gymnastic Competition, have all been victim’s of abuse in some way shape or form.

There are many many more.

Please sign this petition so it can be submitted to The Metropolitain Police, so that pressure is placed on them to charge Sohail Sindho, with the recognised criminal offence of non fatal strangulation.

With the conviction of Sohail Sindho for the recognised criminal offence of non fatal strangulation, it could encourage more female’s of Indigenous Afrikan Ancestry to seek the help and assistance of group’s such as Sista Space; London’s Black Women’s Project; Ujima Community, and other’s, who specialise’s in helping and assisting female’s of Indigenous Afrikan Ancestry, who are and have been abused.
