The Issue

My grandmother was tragically abused, and this eventually led to her death. The state falsified documents, allowing this to happen without any accountability. The pain and heartache this has caused  is immeasurable, and it's a grave injustice that I am determined to fight against. Adult and children protection services are supposed to be the guardians of the most vulnerable among us. Yet, too often, we hear of cases where these services fail catastrophically in their duties, resulting in neglect, exploitation, and even the death of those they are meant to protect. It is horrifying that the very systems set in place to safeguard our loved ones can sometimes be complicit in their abuse. According to the National Coalition for Child Protection Reform, "approximately 30% of child welfare personnel admit their cases of neglect and misconduct go undocumented." These statistics illuminate a deeply flawed system in dire need of reform. Families entrust these services with their loved ones, only to have their faith betrayed when there is no accountability for failures. We are calling for rigorous investigations, transparency in operations, and stringent penalties for workers within adult and children protection services who are found guilty of neglect, exploitation, or any form of misconduct leading to harm or death. By instituting stringent accountability measures, we can prevent future tragedies and truly protect those who cannot protect themselves. Stand with us in demanding justice for my grandmother and for countless others who have suffered due to systemic failures. Demand immediate reform in adult and children protection services across the nation by signing this petition.  Together, we can make a powerful impact and ensure real changes are made to protect our vulnerable loved ones. Your signature can be the catalyst in this critical fight for accountability and justice. The law grants professional IMMUNITY allowing these services work to be protected , when a person intentionally Abuse adults and child under state care they should be held accountable  individually for allowing the system to continue to fail to protect others . Its time to hold Them accountable.  The DOJ says the state has violated ADA by unnecessarily segregating adults with serious mental illness in psychiatric hospitals, rather than providing care in integrated community settings. APS lied on documents and placed my grandmother on a dementia ward long term she was held 9 months a DNR , withdrawal of life signed, Kentucky Claim No Records EXIST. *****Demand for Accountability  transparency Justice for all.   State government and police department is refusing to investigate and hold individuals Accountable for the illegal activities.
