Given the deaths in Texas and now on Deep Water Horizon, both of which were caused by disreguard for safty, we need to charge British Petroleum with a lot more than just environmental violations.  Reckless endangerment is a Felony and comes with jail of around 7 years.  Hold them responsible for more than cleanup and fines for environmental contamination.  Send them a REAL message with Reckless Endangerment charges.
