West Virginia has some of the strongest raw milk laws in the United States. Consumers should have the right to eat and drink foods they believe will benefit them. It is time to end West Virginia's strick raw milk laws. They say they want to promote ag business and small farms; and yet it is illegal to sell raw milk or even to have herd shares in the state.
