We, the undersigned residents and road users of Grafton, wish to bring to your attention the urgent need to improve safety at the intersection of Prince Street and Oliver Street. This intersection has become a frequent site of accidents, including a recent crash I personally experienced, as well as incidents involving other drivers.

The current design of the intersection poses significant risks due to limited visibility, confusing right-of-way rules, and high traffic flow. These factors contribute to dangerous situations that threaten the safety of drivers, passengers, cyclists, and pedestrians alike.

To prevent further accidents and enhance the safety of this area, we strongly request that the intersection be upgraded to include either a roundabout or traffic lights. Such improvements will help regulate traffic flow, reduce collision points, and provide clear guidance to all road users.

We urge the relevant authorities to prioritize this matter and take prompt action to make the Prince Street / Oliver Street intersection safer for everyone.
