Change School days to a 4 day week, meaning students in all schools in the Fort Smith NT area are able to have a 3 day weekend. Change this so we do not have to attend school on mondays. This should happen because school for long peroids of time can cause Depression and mental illnesses.

Why would i?

Keep people including your friends mentally stable, and giving some of the community of Fort Smith, NT a break, after all, we are all Fire evacuees, and aleady have to attend 5 day weeks at school! We get no break, and if we had one more day off, School Grades would be more acceptable and accurate due to more time to grade for teachers, and a extra day off to study!

Who would this benefit?

This would befit many, having the Children in education centers mental stability boosted (Decreasing chance of depression), and teachers to have a longer break!

As for myself, i have known many parents of kids who have been through alot mentally. This includes:

Loss of mental stability

Depression

Thoughts of death

This is why we need to act on thos right away! So as a resident of Fort Smith, NT, I ask you to help us bring awareness to us by sharing! Lets hope and pray that this makes it to the Jack Taylor Building, for the sake of our children!
