This law needs to be enacted to prevent any person from licensing photos, writing books, accepting any money for interviews, accepting any form of gratuities or by any way profiting of the murder of another person outside regular insurance policies. Any monies offered can only be made in the form of a donation to a recognized charity. This however does not preclude any person from obtaining a court issued judgement against the purpetrator of said murder.
