The Minister of Health, Seniors and Activity Living in Manitoba, Cameron Friesen, finally responds. I have attached the response to this update (see below). I will let you all be the judge of this response.

If you are as disappointed and insulted at this response as I was, please let the Minister know that his government's indifference and inability to seek solutions, is not acceptable.  BC's health department have implemented solutions for couples who are suffering with differing health needs, why not Manitoba!
