This tragic story has made the national news, local news and prompted more than 26,000 Canadians to sign a petition in Change.org. to say "this is not right on so many levels". Married couples should not be forced into involuntary separation by differing health needs.

There has been NO RESPONSE from the Manitoba Minister Cameron Friesen's office. We need to persuade the minister to act!
