I have been playing League of Legends since I was very young. My passion for this game runs deep, and it has been a significant part of my life even for being a video game. However, under the leadership of Dylan Jadeja, the current CEO of Riot Games, I have watched the game I love decline significantly. His management appears to have shifted focus away from the core fundamentals that made League of Legends a beloved game. Instead, he seems solely interested in maximizing profits and appeasing shareholders. Not to mention predatory gambling sponsors within E-sports to target a young demographic while not just profiting from it but being another pipeline to gambling and video games.

Under Jadeja's guidance, the quality of the game has deteriorated. The skill level, once a defining feature of League of Legends, has diminished. Many loyal fans feel overlooked and undervalued, as the company's primary goal now seems to be profit over player experience. League of Legends deserves a leader who understands the importance of maintaining the integrity and unique essence of the game.

Riot Games has always stood apart due to its close-knit community of passionate players. The current trajectory threatens to erode this community and undermine the principles on which the game was built. We need someone who appreciates the intricate balance between competitive fairness and innovative gameplay.

Consider the monumental changes in game mechanics that have frustrated long-term players. These modifications seem designed with profitability in mind, rather than enhancing player satisfaction.  The reliance on flashy features and superficial updates do nothing to enrich the essence of League of Legends which has historically thrived on skillful play and strategic depth.

It is time for Riot Games to return to its roots. We as a players have supported Riot through thick and thin, it's time they do the same. And I strongly believe a change in leadership could revitalize the game, bringing back the balance, thrill, and community focus that we all cherish. Therefore, we call on Dylan Jadeja to step down as CEO, and to make room for a leader who genuinely understands and loves League of Legends, Riot Games, just as its players do.
