Video games have become a widespread form of entertainment and social interaction, attracting millions of players worldwide. With the rise of esports and virtual reality gaming, this topic continues to evolve and shape the digital landscape. Petitions related to video games address various issues, including concerns about in-game microtransactions, representation in character design, and workplace conditions for game developers.
One petition advocating for the regulation of loot boxes in video games has garnered significant support, highlighting the debate over gambling-like mechanics targeting vulnerable players. Another petition focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion in video game characters, aiming to challenge stereotypes and promote representation. Additionally, petitions have been launched to address the issue of overworked and underpaid game developers, calling for better labor practices in the industry.
Join the movement by exploring the petitions on video games and taking action to support fair practices, diversity, and ethical gaming experiences. Your involvement can drive positive change in the video game industry and create a more inclusive community for all players.
This game has helped me form new relationships among many people in the this community. I would have never known of this series if it weren't from an old irl friend that introduced to it me. It helped create many memories, helped me during the covid shutdown couple years back and easily accessable! Letting the DBDM shutdown won't be easy for many, nor do people who would want to invest or have the money to afford to play it on a more expensive platform. You still have time to reconsider!
Ever since I heard of the game called Dead by Daylight, I wanted to join in the fun. However, I'm one of many of the many people who don't own a PC or Console. Years passed by, and I heard by rumors they were going to release it on Mobile, and it made me happy that I was able to play my favorite game and met new friends along the way. Now I'm hearing my favorite game is being shutting down, leaving the whole community devastated that some players like me don't own a PC or Console and would feel disregarded that our voices are not being heard. We don't want the time we put into this game to be left in the dust just so we feel we have nothing in return.
I spent a ton of time of effort on this game! It’s been a great way to spend time with family! I don’t have the money for a pc or a console, so when this goes I will no longer have a way to continue playing. I beg you to please keep it!
My wife and I both play on and off since we can't find people to play with but it's still something we both love to play. We may not be good but this game helped us through times we would always laugh and have fun for once. Now it's gone and it just feels wrong. We got to play even when we would be out together and can't do that no more. Taking away some people's happiness. Just sell the rights to someone else don't get rid of the game like this
This game has become a huge part of my down time and life, despite the lower quality to the other ports of the game, the convenience allowed me to play when my computer would not support the game, I have a lot of fond memories playing with irl friends and other player I met and became friends with the past 2 years, I really do hope this isn't the end of this game
I love this game so much!
I truly can’t explain how much I’ve enjoyed playing this game!
It’s one of the few I’ve played religiously these years.
I don’t believe I will be able to afford to get the game on other consoles.
This could be the only way I can play it.
Honestly Dbdm has been apart of my life since January of 2024 I met so many great people on there and some I can’t keep in touch with if the game shuts down and I and threw so much money and time into Dbdm it pains me to see it go.
I have played this since the very beginning. It has helped me through so much, I find it as a way to relax - to forget about the reality. To have something to focus on daily. I can't tell you how many hours I've had in this either. More importantly, Core, Playstation, or PC is all unavailable to me. Mainly because of financial issues and the inability to have a proper computer or system. I loved every aspect of the game. Despite the new changes, it was still fun, especially with one or two friends. All of the hype about the changes, for it to end like this? Ah...well, all good things end, but I hope this finds a way to stay.
