On October 15th, a Nintendo Direct for Animal Crossing: New Horizons premiered, and there were a lot of changes and additions, such as new villagers, the cafe, and a new DLC called Happy Home Paradise. Unfortunately, after the announcement was over, there was an announcement from Nintendo that the 2.0 Update would be the Final Major Update To Animal Crossing: New Horizons and would be ramping down after November 5th, which is too early to stop updating this game since the game was successful in its earlier days.

Since Animal Crossing: New Horizons has sold over 42 Million copies since March 20th, 2020, players like me want Nintendo to continue updating Animal Crossing: New Horizons to add even more content, such as the game running at 60FPS instead of 30FPS and bring back a feature that I loved, the ability to swim without a wetsuit! Let's say this: What if a game-breaking bug caused the game to close? People reopened the game to see that their save data got corrupted and asked to delete their corrupted save data and restart the game, with everybody freaking out! Nintendo, I want the game to have more content added in the future rather than ceasing the free updates.

This video game is so successful that it needs more updates instead of suddenly stopping.
