Hon'ble sir,

    Today on 24th April ..About a week back i went for my treatment in the govt. Hospital (soban Singh jeena ) haldwani. As i saw that before entering to the hospital people gone for a form for appointment that is worth rupees 19 that is printed on the form but i saw the form's payment collecting department have taken rs 20 from the patient by saying the they do not have change. So we can thought if by one person they are getting 1rs so in a whole day they are getting 500 to 1000 rs from all people  in a day.so in a month they are getting 15000 to 30000 or even more money from the customer so .. The questions arise that where is the extra money going ? ??  Is No one is there to take any steps against that ..? ? That's y i think our whole country is being corrupted ...Nd this is the only reason our country is not progressing from developing to a developed country ....

M writing a letter bt i know there would b no single step taken by anyone  .but inspite of that if any of you reading my letter agree with me please support  me to stop people being exploited ..and  take any legal action against by whom the people being exploited...
